RANKINGS SPOTLIGHT: COLLINS BLACK 

One of the top arms in the 2024 class, Black, uses his 6'2" - 205lbs frame to deliver a 93.3mph Fastball downhill. Collins has good feel for his Changeup and Cutter that he uses to keep hitters off balance but his best pitch is his Slider that breaks late and spins on avg at 2564rmps.  The Duke commit and 3rd ranked RHP is ripe for a big spring on the mound for Cary HS where he has a chance to make some noise in the upcoming MLB draft.
