2026 OUTLOOK

+ North Pike enters the 2026 season looking to build on a 20–11 finish from a year ago, as the Jaguars gained valuable experience during a first-round playoff appearance in Class 5A. Under head coach Dustin Lott, North Pike returns a sizable portion of its lineup, giving the program continuity and versatility as it prepares for another competitive run through Region 3-5A.

The strength of this group lies in the number of returning positional starters, particularly a core that can contribute on both sides of the ball. Peyton McGehee anchors the infield after serving as a steady presence at third base, while Brenan Stinson and Dawson Bigner solidify the middle of the diamond with athleticism and arm strength. Behind the plate, Will Alexander brings leadership and stability, with Tucker Eldridge adding depth and flexibility. In the outfield, Grayson Reeves provides a reliable left-handed bat and defensive presence, while Luke LeBlanc, Tre Dyson, and Jayden Coney give the Jaguars multiple utility options that allow for matchup versatility throughout the lineup.

On the mound, Reeves leads the returning pitching group as a dependable left-hander capable of handling key innings, with several two-way players poised to see increased roles as the season progresses. The development of underclassmen like George Jones adds upside to the roster, both in the outfield and on the mound. With experience returning across the field and a roster built around versatility, North Pike has the pieces in place to take a step forward in Class 5A during the 2026 season.
