Uncommitted Spotlight: 2022 OF/RHP Ryan Bilka (CBA-Albany)

Physical: 6-foot-1, 175 pounds; long lower half, athletic build. 6.85 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even feet with weight heavily shifted on his back foot, flat bat on his shoulder with a high back elbow; small pick up and replace with some wiggle in his hands. Good use of the lower half with a quick turn on the back leg and a firm block on the front with a fairly level swing path through a bottom hand dominant swing. Hit the ball well through the pull side gap with some pop in the bat; peak Trackman exit velocity of 90 MPH.
Defensively: SS/OF: Straight up stance with flat feet, moves feet into position / Flat, shoulder width feet with a somewhat straight up stance; SS/OF: Sits back and waits for the ball, keeps a low and wide base to move through it / Moves well to the ball, chopping his feet to line them up for the field and throw. SS/OF: Soft hands that work back into a funnel smoothly / Easy hands from the OF, fields on glove side; SS/OF: Short, sometimes rigid, arm action through a 3/4 slot .  INF - 85 MPH. OF - 86 MPH.
